I am currently a student at Liberty University Online in the School of Religion. Though I don't agree with all that Liberty teaches I feel that the online Christian environment is quite enjoyable and the respectful debates with fellow students are always stimulating. This past semester we studied Theology and it was very stimulating. I love reading and studying Christian Apologetics and hope someday when school is finished that I will be able to speak and teach on the topics contained in defending the Christian faith.
I live in San Jose, CA and am so blessed to be married to my wife Sarah. We have an amazing little baby girl, Carmella. Fatherhood is truly a blessing and a life changing experience!
I have also served as High School Youth Leader at our church Cornerstone Community Church in San Jose for 5 years and now I have been given the opportunity to become the Assistant Pastor as well. What a great chance to be mentored by an amazing pastor and friend.
I just completed teaching an 8 week course I developed at our church called Cornerstone Apologetics 101 in which we utilized the popular level Apologetics book by William Lane Craig called On Guard. I was pleased with the dedication and level of thinking that the students expressed. They are equipped to give a reason for the hope that is in them (1 Pet. 3:15)
I also love playing softball and run the Men's Softball Ministry at our church. We were Spring 2011 Champs in Division 4. If you live in the San Jose area and are interested in playing with some solid guys and those who desire to live out their faith in front of the world, send me an email.
